Sam, who holds a degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida, brings expertise in project management, estimating, pricing, permitting, residential development, and managing the design process with architects. His ability to coordinate all aspects of the rebuilding process ensures that each project is carefully planned and executed.

Beth Raulerson has 14 years of real estate experience in the Tampa Bay area. She has helped hundreds of families buy and sell their homes, with over $100 million in properties sold.
